- Supporting throughout the school in meeting the needs of learners with behaviour issues
- Working with learners individually or in small groups to address behaviour
- Working alongside Directors of Learning
- Working with outside agencies when appropriate for individual learners
- Transition support from primary to high school
- Supporting learners at risk of exclusion
- Monitor uniform
- Support vocational learners
