June Blog

We are well into GCSE and A Level exams and the inevitable hot weather that accompanies them, with students revising in a focussed and thoughtful way to achieve the best possible outcomes. As a school we have worked hard to construct a comprehensive programme of support for students to ensure the best possible exam preparation. Those of us who have been senior leaders in other schools have been surprised at the small but significant number of parents who have not been supportive of these arrangements, and I make a personal appeal for the support of all parents in the future....

May News

Unknown My first job in this blog is to offer my profound thanks to Louisa Coleman and Melbryn Kruft-Welton for being our first ever Young Mayor and Deputy, adding my thanks to Bewdley Town Council for being sufficiently progressive to create this opportunity. Year 9 Options & Changes to School Day Public Consultation

Dear Parents and Carers,   I hope that you have all survived the current flu epidemic unscathed and are still looking forward to longer days with the energy and enthusiasm that New Year and springtime brings with it. It has been a challenging couple of months for a number of reasons, and I would like to thank you for your patience and support during the December snow. My personal apologies that our communication systems let us down and you received an email rather than a text on the first snow day. We are currently reviewing all of our communication systems with our new...
