It has been a fantastic few weeks for our sports teams, on the 3 May four teams attended Wolverley Secondary for the district orienteering event. Despite awful conditions our students performed brilliantly and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Sadly the students missed out on qualification into the next round in what was a very closely contested competition.

Year 7 and Year 8 Athletes have also been in action as they attended the Super 6 Athletics Championships at Stourport on 10 May. It was a fantastic team effort, resulting in both Year 7 boys and girls teams winning their respective competitions and will now represent Wyre Forest at the Worcestershire School Games.

Last night our girls rounders team opened the season against King Charles 1 with a number of convincing wins, Year 7 won 11-4, Year 8 won 21.5-3, Year 9 lost 1-9 and Year 10 won 19.5-8.5

Congratulations to all students who took part
