Our Year 9 Parents’ Consultation Evening will take place on Wednesday, 11 December 2019 from 4.15pm – 6.30pm.
This is an important evening and provides parents/carers with an opportunity to discuss their child’s progress at school, along with an opportunity to discuss option choices at school.. We recommend that students accompany their parents/carers in order to be part of the feedback process. The school is signed up to use the easy online appointment booking system. This allows parents/carers to choose their own appointment times with teachers and they will receive an email confirming their appointments.
• Please be advised that it may not be possible to see all teachers in the time available. Therefore, please make appointments for the subjects that your child intends on pursuing to GCSE level.
• The PE department will be operating a ‘drop in’ session for the core groups.
Appointments can be made from 5pm on 3 December and will close on Tuesday 10 December at 9pm. Should parents/carers wish to make any changes after this date, please contact the school office. If parents/carers are unable to attend on the evening, please log on to the online system, click the appropriate date and click “Unable to attend.” This will help the office staff saving time, by not needing to contact parents/carers by phone.
