I would like to invite you to attend our Year 8 virtual Parents’ Evening which will take place on Wednesday 25 February 2026. Appointments will be available between 4.00pm and 6.30pm.
This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity to discuss your daughter/ son’s progress at school.
We will continue to use our online Parents’ Evening system for these video appointments which are set for 5 minutes per appointment Due to large class sizes in some subjects, it may not be possible to see every member of staff. To enable as many parent(s)/carer(s) to speak to members of staff, we ask that appointments are only made where you have concerns about a subject or if your daughter/son wishes to continue studying into GCSE. This particularly applies to drama, where the teacher also teaches English. For this reason, if you would like a discussion and update regarding drama, we ask you to please email Mr Mudge directly – amu@bewdley.worcs.sch.uk

Booking of appointments will be open from 7.00pm on 18 February 2026 until 7.00pm on 24 February 2026.

Should you wish to make any changes after this date, please contact the school office. If you are unable to attend on the evening, please log on to the online system, click the appropriate date and click “Unable to attend”. This will help us keep track of who is able or unable to attend. We look forward to meeting everyone on this virtual evening.
