The following was sent to Year 9 Parents/Carers on 10 March 2026:
I would like to invite you in to attend our Year 9 Parents’ Evening which will take place on Tuesday 17 March 2026. This is with the exception of Mr Willets, who will be conducting his appointments online, Wednesday 18 March. Appointments will be available between 4.00pm and 6.30pm for both evenings. Please note that the PE Department are holding a drop-in session on this occasion for any students that are interested in going forward to GCSE.
This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity to discuss your daughter/ son’s progress at school.
Due to large class sizes in some subjects, it may not be possible to see every member of staff. To enable as many parent(s)/carer(s) to speak to members of staff, we ask that appointments are only made where you have concerns about a subject

Booking of appointments will be open from 7.00pm on 10 March 2026 until 7.00pm on 16 March 2026.

If you are unable to attend on the evening, please log on to the online system, click the appropriate date and click “Unable to attend”.
